The OECD Global Forum on the Future of Education and Skills 2030/2040 is an international multi-stakeholders’ platform for educational stakeholder communities active in co-creating a vision of future of education as well as in the area of curriculum design, implementation and evaluation. It brings together policy makers, teachers, teacher educators, school leaders, students, and social partners to foster timely sharing of experiences and good practices, as well as mutual learning on the future of education and skills.
The focus of this year´s Global Forum will be on Curriculum Transformation in the Era of AI: Changing ‘What to Learn’ and ‘How to Teach’.
Discussions will be organised around three panel focuses:
- Panel 1: “What to Learn – Reimagining Curriculum and Learning Materials in the Era of AI” – AI literacy in Curriculum
- Panel 2: “How to Teach – Changing Roles of teachers and teaching” for Effective and Sustainable Curriculum Implementation, implicated in the OECD Teaching Compass
- Panel 3: “Cross-sector or Multi-stakeholders Collaboration”: Ecosystemic Enabler for Effective and Sustainable Curriculum Implementation
